- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (Free for orders over a certain amount – will be shown at checkout)
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (Additional fee)
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country (typically 10–21 days).
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package anytime through the link provided.
Note: Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance for international orders or during peak seasons.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nolaza Heated Shoulder Massager. That’s why we offer a generous 90-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Conditions for Return:
- Product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return must be initiated within 90 days from the date of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective).
How to Return:
- Contact our customer support at support@nolaza.com with your Order Number.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the product back to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty
- All Nolaza Heated Shoulder Massagers come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
